Margie’s Candies runs deep in our relationship- we took our engagement photos here!

Margie’s Candies is one of the most famous ice cream places in Chicago. Peter Poulos originally founded this, but his son quickly renamed it Margie’s Candies after his wife. She worked tirelessly day in and day out bringing smiles and an old fashioned ice cream parlor to Chicago. It has Tiffany lamps, old school booths and a marble soda fountain.

Must tries include an atomic sundae, the half-gallon World’s Largest Sundae and the 25 scoop Royal George (named after Margie’s hubby!). We love this place so much, we even had our engagement photos here.
