If you don't have bread flour, you can use whole wheat flour

Go for full fat if you can

Baking Powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
Add all 3 ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Combine ingredients and knead for about 2 minutes
Add sauce and toppings to pizza and bake for 12-15 minutes.
